This is extremely unsafe, and given that there is a lot of space around there where they could dump ice without creating such an obviously dangerous situation, it seems almost deliberately malicious. There are 124 apartments trying to live and get in and out of their building safely above this Dunkin Franchise. I don’t know why anyone would do something like this. Luckily, the maintenance staff for the apartments came in after hours to address this hazard as soon is it was brought to their attention.

- JSJustin SmithOct 4, 20252.0This is one of the worst Dunkin locations I've been too. They are very slow with making orders. The employees are always yelling at each other, confused or messing up orders. The drinks are 50/50 whether they'll be good or not. Food has been average for Dunkin.
