  When I arrived at the store and was looking at menu on the wall I decided to order the Lava Colada which is coconut and strawberry (As it clearly says on the wall) to share with my friend. When I got an orange and white looking drink and tasted it, there was Chamoy and Tajin in it. My friend is allergic to Chamoy and I was just happy they didn’t try it first. When I told the workers at the counter, two young(er) ladies, that they had made the wrong drink, they took it behind the wall and were scooping it out. I asked them to make a new one because my friend was allergic and they refused. I explicitly pointed to the sign where it said what the drink consisted of and they said I was incorrect. I asked again to remake it to what I actually paid for and they wouldn’t. By then, I was annoyed and walked out. I work in the same area of food and drink and I would never act like I was completely right when so obviously not like they did. Very rude for people who didn’t know what they were talking about. I just wanted what I had paid for and they were not willing to make up for their mistakes because of their arrogance/pride. I never write reviews but this encounter really upset me.

  I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts to grab a coffee to go and was disappointed to find that dogs are not allowed inside, even for quick takeout orders. Let’s STOP DISCRIMINATE against people who are dog owners !!!!!!!! While I understand and respect health regulations, it feels like pet owners are excluded from a simple coffee run… Dunkin Donuts has a lot to improve not only on their policies but most importantly on the uncovered products that they have exposed meanwhile the flies are doing a party inside the store…🪰 DO BETTER DUNKIN DONUTS 🐶

  Donuts and ice cream always stale. Made us sick 3 times. I don’t think I will be buying there again

  The order was prepared quick . But looks like they rushed too much and put barely any cream cheese in my bagel. Take it slow and please do a good job in future. Thank you
