Today we were told the systems were down so they couldn't make any food for us. Understanding system issues, we inquired how to recieve a refund on our order, since we paid on the app. The employee lost her mind. She started clapping and saying "I. Am. Not. The. One" while yelling aggressively for us to get out. This display was absolutely uncalled for and completely unacceptable. This experience was beyond mind-blowing. If we aren't getting our product, we simply want a refund. Order number 163 on 3/24/24
