  I went to go buy a Oreo milkshake,and all I got was frozen milk no flavor what’s so ever. told the girl thank u before I left, and didn’t say anything, not even a shrug. So unprofessional and don’t even know how to make a milkshake. Went back and asked for my money back . Shout out to the Dunkin at the brickyard where I arrived 2 minutes before they closed and girl that was working there very professional and polite made me a great milkshake that actually tasted like Oreo’s, despite me being that customer that enter store at the las minute.

  Muy mal servicio 😡 tratan al cliente como si les fuéramos a pedir regalado la muchacha de muy mal genio y con los audífonos no escuchaba lo q le pedí si no les gusta trabajar en eso renuncien

  I ordered the Chipotle wrap and didn't even get the hashbrowns in them They were even burnt ... and I only got one piece of burnt bacon ..... The lady taking the order was sooooo rude ... this is my third time here and they always are rude ... this place will never change apparently there attitudes..
