I overheard this customer saying her winning ticket on some scratch off ticket. Then 2 of these staffs, I can see their ethnicity is from India made a comment to this customer saying that she should give them $100 tip. The customer commented saying the ticket wasn't even cashed in yet. And the girl staff replied, "I'll wait for you tomorrow to bring in the money." I said to myself like what?!!! Is that a way to approach your customer? It sounds like a harassment comment or an extortion?! What happened to just saying Congratulations?! Whatever! It was bothersome to hear that type of comment asking for money from their customer. Whether it's a joke or not, (but they sounded serious according to their tone) ... it is not funny at all!
