  Rough, disrespectful to customers. I placed mobile order in advance. Came 15 minutes later, the order wasn't ready, they were not busy. They even didn't realize they have my order. After my order was made wrong. I let a team member know, she got mad. I asked her to read ticket and made it right. She said "I don't need to read that shit" Refused to provide name of the team member.

  Girl in the pink hair deliberately ignored me when I was missing my items, she had an AirPod in one ear and I asked her three times “excuse me”, she proceeded to ignore me then talk to her coworker. Other girl with the curly hair and piercings had a full line yet was the only one who helped. Not sure if the hair dye got to her head and seeped into her ears or if the AirPod was drowning out all surrounding noise but she doesn’t have any customer service skills!

  Absolutely horrible service!! The young man in the counter was so rude and absolutely bad. He didn’t allow sitting in the store even though we had elderly and kids with us and without saying anything picked up the chair with customers standing and made incorrect order. Could have given negative stars if I could.

  I have worked in the mall for about 20 years in. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to today I had a mobile order and I had to wait 10 minutes until someone even acknowledged me about my order being wrong, most of my order was missing and it took an extra 15 minutes to get it. By then my break was over. The team has always been very unprofessional and rude. I cannot think of one time in the past 20 years where I had a positive experience there.
