  I didn't get what I ordered but it was because of how this location is managed, not because of the staff. I really want to commend the staffperson who was on shift, as she was the only person having to handle a very busy store with 7+ people in line plus the 7+ mobile orders that came in, including mine. It is very unfair to have one person handling so many orders and basically impossible to stay on top of everything and get everyone their orders, yet the staffperson did it anyways while delivering great customer service. She did the very best in a chaotic situation and I felt stressed just seeing how many orders and people in line she had to take care of. I did not get her name, but she did an incredible job and went as fast as she could completing the many orders while also being kind and welcoming. Please do not manage the stores so that only one person is working a shift. It is irresponsible, completely overtaxing, and impossible on the one person working.

  The girl that usually makes my coffee, makes it perfect every time!! Very fast even if there are a lot of people in the morning on a weekday. Everyone is nice and smiling! It’s the only bright spot on my long commute to work! I would recommend this dunks over any I’ve been to in years 🙂

  This is my best coffee place ,Stopping by evey morning before work made my day brighter , always got my coffee right , the staff were friendly ,knew my coffee and me it felt like they cheered for my day to be good , I appreciate you all 👍🏾
