  They make you drive around and wait in line again to add water to your order. Really ridiculous especially when you're an individual with 3 kids in the car . Bad buisness and inconsiderate of people's time. Also giving one Splenda for a medium drink is criminal but driving around again is ridiculous.

  The worst experience I have ever had at Dunkin. The lady was extremely rude. I had asked for two wake up wraps and an ice water, and she tells me it’s $10.50—I then ask her if I can just get the $6 meal deal, and substitute the coffee for water. She tells me no. How does that make any sense? Mind you, I have a medical condition that causes low blood pressure, and I needed the salt and water. But no, I don’t have $10 to splurge on the smallest little wraps you’ve ever seen and a WATER. I am never charged for water at any other Dunkin, and the wake up wraps are never that expensive. I also remember having another horrible experience here when I was on my way to my 12 hour hospital shift that caused me to leave without anything, the same way I did today. You guys seriously need to hire new people; I will never be coming back here. And at that, I will never be going to another Dunkin. Let me tell you why. After this fiasco today, I went to another Dunkin, and it was $4 for a plain bagel with cream cheese. At that, the worst bagel I have ever had. It was so hard, I have cuts on the top of my mouth now. Are you kidding me? I can go to the local bagel place, Boro Bagel and get the best bagel I have ever had for $5. Dunkin needs to go out of business. Shame on you guys, and shame on your workers for turning away someone who was experiencing a medical event because you are that greedy.

  I ordered a drink on DoorDash. They did not put the drink in a sealed bag with a drink carrier like they know they are supposed to do I called the store three times. They did not answer the phone. so I had my driver go back into the store and they didn’t even bother remaking the drink. They just put it in a bag and tied it Without a drink carrier they also did not give me a straw

  They do not have good customer service. I don't go everyday but when I do go, one of the employees always rude, or got a bad attitude.

  The opening cashier did not give my order correct and had overcharged me. After correcting the order, he didn't even apologize, and my drink order tasted a little funny. This never happened to me at that location near Karen Drive in Nashville.
