The person who was to prepare the food was too busy scrolling on her phone to pay attention to the order. Everything was done wrong. When I went inside to have it changed I ended up with another order wrong. It wasn’t that difficult and I could live without the attitude I was given. I didn’t even bother to have the order fixed for the 2nd time.

When I got my drink, not only was it not blended, but about a third of the drink was foam?? I used to work at both a Starbucks and Dunkin, and I don’t think it’s too hard to understand what it means when a customer asks for something blended.
