First time I wanted a White cheddar bagel twist with cream cheese toasted she gave me a plain bagel with cream cheese. I didn’t say anything I took it ate. It came back again. Another time ordered a small frozen coffee with whipped cream and she handed me some kind of iced coffee then gave me an attitude because she doesn’t speak English and can’t understand people‘s orders learn English properly.

They act like it's Applebee's and servers need the table. Starbucks doesn't care how long one sits inside, whether it's crowded or slow. This franchise is going to lose a strong customer base by enforcing a silly policy.
