    I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience today at this location was extremely disappointing. I was given a hot drink after clearly requesting it cold. When I politely asked for the correction, the drive-thru employee seemed visibly irritated. After receiving the correct drink, I asked if she could throw away the empty cup (since I had poured the drink into my own mug), and she responded sarcastically, asking if I was serious—then abruptly shut the drive-thru window. At that point, I decided to leave and honestly have no intention of returning, even though this has been my go-to location for years. To the manager reading this: I strongly urge you to invest in better training and customer service. Employees should never be rude or dismissive, especially when addressing a simple customer request. Respect and courtesy go a long way in creating a positive experience.
