Ordered 2 meal deals, one with a different cheese. Instead, I was told I never said “no bacon” and that I only asked for the cheese change—which I never even got. I apologized for the inconvenience (even though it wasn’t my fault) and was completely ignored. It took 3 tries and 2 different people before the order was finally correct. Very rude service, I won’t be returning.

The manager cusses everyone out! I work next door to them and she's on the headset for the drive thru using f-bombs on customers. She had whipped cream all over the outside of my cup, and I asked her if she could please wipe it off and she starts using profanity talking about me as a customer. She needs to be unemployed. Immediately. This is daily. Disgusting. Stay away from state street dunkin donuts in hamden.

The worst customer service you can experience. I went there yesterday, and I was the only one at the store at the time. A worker was counting the money at the front register, and at least two other workers can be seen in the back. I waited for about 7 minutes, and he finished counting the money, and I thought he was going to take my order. Unfortunately, he did not. He started counting the money again. By the way, no greeting when you walking or when you stand in line at this place. Basically, your presence as a customer doesn't count. So, while he was counting the money again, two other people came in, and again neither him nor the other employees care about the customers waiting at the line. So, I realized that I was at the wrong and worst DD location, and I just left to another DD location on Foxon BLVD. The least that need to be done is a retraining so the staff can learn how to treat customers as human being and acknowledge their business.
