  I've been a regular at Dunkin' for years, and it's a place that consistently delivers on what it promises: quick, reliable coffee and a satisfying treat. My go-to order is always a large iced coffee with a splash of milk, which is consistently smooth and never too bitter. It's a lifesaver on busy mornings when I need a caffeine kick without the long wait times often found at other coffee shops. The variety of donuts is impressive, and while I have my favorites like the classic Boston Kreme and the Old Fashioned, I enjoy trying their seasonal offerings. The Munchkins are perfect for sharing with friends or family. ​Beyond the coffee and donuts, what keeps me coming back is the friendly and efficient service. The staff at my local Dunkin' location is always cheerful and moves with a sense of urgency that gets me in and out quickly, which is crucial when I'm on a tight schedule. They manage to keep the line moving even during the busiest morning rush. The mobile app has made my experience even better; I can order ahead and simply grab my drink and go, skipping the line entirely. ​While it's not a place for a quiet, sit-down coffee experience, Dunkin' isn't trying to be. It's the quintessential grab-and-go spot that has perfected its niche. It's a reliable, no-frills option that satisfies a craving for coffee and a sweet treat, and it does so without breaking the bank. For a quick, affordable, and consistently good experience, Dunkin' remains a top choice in my book.

  Had a nice experience at Dunkin Donut in Lake Placid tonight! My son and I go there so frequently and order 2 Hot Pistachio coffee’s with 2 sweet-n-low and two cream. Well tonight Adam and Jorge on the evening shift did an excellent job! The coffee was hot and delicious! Thank you Dunkin and we always get great customer service! You Rock 👍💕🤩

  Why is the coffee never right???? Like it's never right there! They try to hand you the wrong drinks all the time! Like why do the customers have to tell these employees how to make the drinks? Like a step by step! My husband went and got me coffee and he didn't step by step them and it's completely disgusting! I hate lake placid dunkin's they suck!
