  I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this location needs some serious change in customer service. I ordered my drink through mobile order and specifically stated “no whipped cream”. As soon as I got there to pick up my order I see a drink under my name with whip cream, meanwhile on the sticker order it says “NO WHIPPED CREAM”. I understand mistakes happen, so I kindly asked if my drink could be made again since I am lactose intolerant and the whipped cream had already spread over the drink. The male making the drinks grabbed my cup and was going to simply scoop the whipped cream off. I told him I cannot drink that drink because I am lactose intolerant and it’s already all mixed in. He immediately got offensive and shouted “come on just take it”. However, he finally started to make my drink again after I explained I am lactose intolerant. He then handed me my drink and as soon as I saw my drink I knew he purposely had made my drink the wrong way. It was literally a cup of almond milk with ice and caramel. Meanwhile I had ordered an iced caramel latte. I won’t be coming back to this store ever again. Don’t not waist your money. They can make your drink wrong and still get angry at you when you ask them to please make it right.

  I never leave a review but, today is the day I have to. I ordered my breakfast through the mobile app, I ordered a croissant with egg and cheese , hash browns and iced coffee. I get to my job site and open up my sandwich and it is literally, ice cold. It was never heated up so, I have a slab of Frozen egg, Frozen sausage and cold cheese and cold bread what kind of savage does this. The place wasn't even busy. I will never set foot in this Dunkin' again.
