  I placed a mobile order and waited 30+ minutes in the drive-thru lane. There were only 3 cars ahead of me. This is the slowest Dunkin that I’ve ever experienced.

  If I could give no starts I would…I waited in drive thru for over 30 mins…and the workers are so rude and just plan out nasty!!

  This is the slowest Dunkin ever! It took me about 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru. I wrote this review while waiting. They just asked me to pull up and wait for a slice of pumpkin loaf and a scoop of ice cream. Fix it Jesus! Smh

  Entered the store. Two workers were replacing paper under the donuts and straightening. Never acknowledged I was there. One finished her side and started to walk off. I stopped her and asked if she could take my order. She said she was a trainee and didn't know how to do that yet. Said she would get someone. The other worker never looked at me. I waited and waited. Then I left without getting to order. During this time 4 cars went through the drive thru. I won't be back. Service is terrible.

  This is the slowest Dunkin ever. If you’re looking for a fast spot to stop for coffee this is not the place for you! You go through the drive through with 3 cars in it and you’ll be waiting 30 minutes to even get served. I’m not sure if it needs new management to be able to properly distribute responsibilities for a more efficient operation of the facility or what but something needs to change.
