  Stopped by Wed. late morning for a half dozen donuts. They still came out fresh and delicious even though it was late. Thanks!

  I went in for two hot coffees. First the new employee gave me one hot and one cold. Then when I got to my car, both were not filled up, the coffee was weak and not hot. I go to this Dunkin often and it’s usually good. I understand that there will be new hires but shouldn’t they be well trained before being left to tend to customers ? I was in a hurry to get to an appt so I didn’t go back to complain.

  I'm not sure what changed. This used to be my favorite Dunkin'. I was greeted rudely by the staff member inside. I ordered 3 donuts, which were dropped on the counter. When I opened the bag of donuts (while driving away), I noticed that all three donuts were hard and crusty. The quality control has also changed here. I won't be going back.

  Worst experience ever workers charged me for things I didn’t order and I still didn’t recieve them and they gave me attitude the whole time they claimed they didn’t hear me but I’m speaking right in front of them it’s never been like this I always come here so for this to happen was severely a disappointment.
