She makes many racial remarks toward her employees, never orders the correct donuts (according to staff) and also disrespects the customers! This lady has even tried to call the police on me for sitting in the lobby while I was doing my work !! I will never understand why or how she got the position as a manager with that kind of demeanor!

I would understand if it was morning rush… but 3pm on a Saturday is kinda crazy for having absolutely ZERO. This is also not the first time I’ve come here mid-day to get some donuts and they were completely out. If it was a one time thing, that would suck but it’d at least be understandable. Multiple times though is a pattern, and apparently I’m not the only one who has experienced this based on other reviews. I would rate one star, but depending on who you get behind the counter they can be nice sometimes. Just wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’ location honestly.
