Place is operated by kids. Drive thru takes over 15 minutes to get a simple order. If you go inside, you're completely ignored by the staff there. I would rather drive further down route 6 to the the yorktown location then to deal with them,

I visited the drive-thru at the Mahopac location on 8/15 and placed an order that included egg bites. When I checked my bag before leaving, I noticed they were missing. I let the employee know, and she told me they weren’t in the system. I explained that I did want them, but she said I would need to either drive around and wait in line again or come inside the store.
I am 34 weeks pregnant and had my 2-year-old in the car, so I expressed how difficult it would be to either drive around and wait again or get my toddler out of the car. Instead of finding a solution, she repeated that I could not wait there. I ultimately said “forget it” and drove off without the food I ordered.
This experience was frustrating, especially as a pregnant mother with a small child. A bit of understanding and customer care — such as offering to bring the item out — would have gone a long way. I hope this feedback helps improve service and consideration for customers in similar situations.

Save money and waste time here. Drive thru was busy so I went inside. I thought it would of been easier boy was I wrong. I was ignored and its not like it was busy inside. I ordered one thing and their computer froze. Instead of the guy using the other register next to him he uses the one at the drive thru. A girl coworker walked over to the drive thru register and start pressing buttons. Everything got screwed up so l decided to cancel my order. I tried to give them some business and this is how they treat their customers. I would rather travel a million miles then go to this place.
