- DSDenise Slocumb2 days ago1.0Today I experienced the worst treatment that I’ve ever had in my whole life although I am a regular everyday customer to this Dunkin this will be my last time ever coming here , I ordered my son some loaded hashbrowns he stated to me they’re were cold and burnt he ate 3 out of a 9pc so I went back inside to ask for a remake and the manager began to scream and yell at another African American woman because she thought she was one who returned it them which in reality it was me and she had no idea what was going on so we looked at each other with confusion because she was shocked that the Hispanic wide female was yelling and causing a scene at 9:30 in the morning I then said I’ll just pay for a remake and she continued she yell meanwhile this all happened why I was in line ordering more food so think to yourself who really was at fault

She thrust the bag in my face as I handed her my card then gave my card back with no receipt. The donuts were in the bag with no wrapping or napkins and all were stale!
