  I came this morning and had great service! The white lady outside taking orders was very nice great energy and the black lady at the window was also so so nice! No complaints about grabbing me a water even tho they were busy!! Both ladies were so pretty also food was pretty good and coffee too

  I have been coming here for a while and since like 2 months ago every single order has been completely wrong. I’m constantly not given what I have ordered or given someone else’s order. I’m not impressed save the time and go to another Dunkin

  I am lucky enough to usually get my order right from here, and fresh, except they never know how to make a nitro cold brew, and argue with me when I tell them it's not supposed to have ice in it. However, every single time my husband comes here, without fail, his order is wrong. He gets the same thing every time, plain bagel with cream cheese AND butter on it. Seems simple enough. They almost always put just cream cheese, or just butter, and I really do not understand what's so hard about reading an order, and making it the right way. My first job was at Dunkin when I was a kid, so I know it's not difficult. We go here several times a week, and it's just wrong every time. We won't go to this Dunkin anymore. Also, the 2 "hash browns" we apparantly ordered were supposed to be "chipotle hash brown wake up wraps". Very hit or miss if you get a good shift that will make an order right.

  The people who work here dont listen. They ALWAYS get my order wrong. I only keep going back because it's literally 2 minutes from my house but at this point im just throwing away money. Its only this location that they mess everything up.
