- JLJade LOct 28, 20251.0This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. They constantly take your order wrong or forgot to give you something that you paid for. Argue with you, they can’t put cream cheese on your bagel. It’s unfortunate because i come here almost daily bc i work close but im just so sick of the customer service at this location on top of pure laziness. Order a twisted bagel and they can’t slice it and add cream cheese? One day they will and the next they don’t.. they charge extras inconsistently. All of the Hispanic women are extremely rude. They look at you like what are you doing here..no good morning or have a nice day! it’s so weird and unwelcoming. Get a different job if you hate working here because this location is just awful!

I was making sure that my food was completed, before I left the restaurant, and he tried to ask me if anything was wrong with my order because I seem like I made a face sheet assume automatically that I was making a face towards whatever he thought I was making a face to. This guy has seriously issues. And I know one thing that’s non-customer service towards a person who actually Show stop every morning to buy their coffees for their meanings for their employees
