As someone who has worked in customer service all I can say is ignore the negative reviews. Most of the times customers don't even know what they want. The woman (looks Indian) at the counter always seems annoyed and gives attitude whenever I ask a question. The male staff at the front doesn’t seem to know anything either. I asked something simple and he couldn’t answer. Overall, very poor customer service.
