  Ezra, Johnathan and Bridgette are the best !!! They always know what I want when I come into the store ! They’re always polite greeting me and my dog Nino . The service here is awesome they get you in and out if you’re literally RUNning on Dunkin.

  Today at 751am October 8th 2025, I was told to be patient AND dont come back to the store by your employee Marcello! He said this in front of customers AND employees. I placed a mobile order at 739am driving into your store. I got there at 748, thinking my orde would be ready, but as usual whether the store is busy or not, I had to wait on my order. And then NO ONE EVEN ASKED WHAT MY ORDER WAS WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE! I simply asked do you all have an order by my name ready he saw the bacon bag, placed it to me, got my drink from the other counter and placed it before me. I said, man this has got to get better. This happens every time. Marcello replies back, "Well you see its crowded so BE PATIENT!" I wasnt going to respond because I didnt want to disrespect the crowd that was in the store to the door OR upset the people who WERE ALREADY WAITING FOR FOOD THAT WASN'T READY OR MESSED UP! I did say that this happens whether its crowded or not. Marcello says WELL DON'T COME BACK!!!!!!! I told him I wouldn't but I will report. Mind you, I never complain about my food being cold or waiting for my drinks because I do understand timing. But since you all have remodeled and pick up new employees, this place and the service is terrible. I only patronize this place because its right down the street from work. But lately Ive had to try and cancel orders I couldn't pick up due to time wasted and almost being late for work. I need to see a different result and a apology from your worker. This will escalate as this is the only form I have to place my complaint. BECAUSE THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!! A patient, but discouraged Customer.

  The atmosphere in this Dunkin was so clean and so open to the customers the customers being taken care of at this Dunkin is definitely unmatched and should not go unnoticed 🔥🔥🔥. I was Greeted at the door for the refresher drink it was very good and the lead manager or person in front name Jonathan Has the best customer service skills and making people feel welcome and good about spending money at Dunkin he was great from helping me and helping everyone else he is very kind and professional and proud with his work and greeting and saying have a great day when everyone leaves he should be definitely appreciate for his great business and great up keep of the business and the employees I enjoyed this Dunkin trip and will be back thank you ☺️🔥🎉

  This is the best dunky we have been to in YEARS. Very clean, very friendly and fun atmosphere.
