  The blonde girl on the headset gave me the wrong donut and I drove off. Had to come back to ask for the right donut. She rolled her eyes and they said they didn’t have the pumpkin filled donut. She then wanted to bad back. I told her, as someone who works for the health department, she is not legally allowed to ask for the bag back—that’s a violation. She said she wanted it to just throw it away. For the sake of getting my damn donut, I have her the bag back and will be letting my department supervisor know if this violation. From a customer service perspective, because she wasted my TIME and GAS, I would have just let the customer keep the donut instead of throwing it away in their face AFTER the young man running the window told me I could just keep it. That little girl is surely dressing up as a style-less witch for Halloween—no doubt 🙂‍↕️ good luck getting a surprise inspection. The shift manager was right their in agreement with her violation. We WON’T BE BACK… at least as a customer…. Health inspector, yes.

  I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ location consistently for the last couple of years and it’s always a great experience. My order always comes out right and everyone is really friendly!

  I rarely give bad reviews, but I was horrified at how, what I assume was the shift manager, treated the other employee. She called them very offensive names even though customers could hear them. They also closed down coffees and food but it was only 6:30? This was weeks ago, but I can’t stop thinking about it.

  This is my favorite location I drive past two other Dunkin’ locations on my route and prefer to come to this one. The staff is great! They even remembered my order and when I walked in confirmed and then made it. That was a great experience. Thank you to this location for their hospitality.

  Just stood at the counter of this location for over 10-15 minutes with a fussy toddler after a REALLY hard day, waited very patiently and was blatantly ignored the entire time by the ONE worker I could see, they were not busy they were just standing there chatting with someone in the drive-thru the entire time. Not making anything, no one else in the drive through line either. After a while I politely said "hello? Excuse me?" From behind the counter, only for her to say "one moment" and continue talking for over several minutes despite hearing me struggling with my toddler up front. We ended up having to walk out and go to the other location nearby. Next time just tell your friend at the drive-thru window to come inside to chat at the counter while you work. We normally have a good experience at this one, super frustrating and disappointed.
