As I was being rung up, I saw that there was an extra charge being added. I asked "Your sign says $9.99 including the munchkins, why are you charging me separately for the munchkins?". And then employee said they couldn't sell the tin alone. So I say "I know...and your sign right here says $9.99 including 10 munchkins. The price already includes the munchkins with it". Another employee proceeds to call her boss and then eventually comes back to me saying they didn't get an answer lol. Very strange experience. While she made her call, I called another Dunkin by my job which confirmed exactly what I said. The whole process made me super late to work, but the point was that I was trying to bring these treats in for my coworkers, so I wanted them sooner rather than later in the day. Dunkin really needs to train ALL employees at ALL locations. The Dunkin by my job executed the order perfectly, and even threw in a few extra munchkins for the inconvenience. Just wish I could have had a better experience here and didn't have to go to 2 locations because 1 of them couldn't understand their own signage.

What bothers me is that when placing an order though the app, they never put your items at the mobile ordering kiosk. There were a few times I had to wait 20 minutes just to get my order. They only had two people working and there were a few people in front of me.
