  I made a review last week one star only because one of the employees in the mornings is super rude, doesn't ask for what I want to even order, gives dirty looks and rolls her eyes at me says nothing when I thank her for my order just gives me looks, anyways today the lady that took my order in the afternoon was very nice and made my coffee great so changing my stars. As long I never have to go when that girl in morning shift works ill keep the 4 stars would've 5 if the morning girl wasn't so rude or left lol

  Just orderes through the drive-thru. Never receive a copy of my receipt. I went inside to ask for my receipt, the team lead advised me that there's no way for me to get a copy of my receipt. They said they just throw it away!! I just completed this order 2 minutes ago and they say there's no way for to received a copy of my purchase order.

  Ordered through the app. Part of the order was munchkins. Got the rest of the order, then sat for 20 minutes waiting for the munchkins. Finally went to ask how much longer for the munchkins, and was told they don’t have munchkins. It would have been nice if someone had told me that before i waited that long…

  I didn’t see her name, but an older brunettelady at the window tried to charge me for someone else’s order and when I told her I paid online and my total she interrupted me and said “I don’t have a headset on, how am I supposed to know, that the last guy did the same thing to me” Then she asked me what What was my order and then cut me off and said what’s the name. At least my drink came out right, but the wrap was hard
