  The employees here are all phenomenal, I've yet to have an experience other than exceptional. I would like to also specifically highlight Jaden, if I were his employer I would be beyond thrilled. He is communicative, thorough, knowledgeable, and down to Earth. He somehow manages to make the simple act of buying a coffee become a whole experience, that's a very unique skill set, unique and awesome! Overall 10 out of 10 all across the board

  Great experienced staff that work there and been there for a while but the new recruits shouldn't be making food until trained fully to be efficient , i blame poor management not the front desk workers

  I have been a customer at this location for years , but fir some unknown reason I e came in contact with one of your employees her name is Sam , she works numerous other employees and everytime I order something frome her and she makes it ,it's wrong ,I drink decaffeinated coffee and she gave me regular coffee instead. The first time I didn't realize it. I am allergic to regular coffee ,she always seems like she is high or something. Very slow .I know she's been here for like 6 months or so but when is she going to get it

  If I can give 0 stars I wuld. They don’t tolerate or care for African Americans. Requested a refund & took my black dollar to Myers Corners location.
