  If someone asks you to leave a review for a place, make sure you remain professional and maintain a positive attitude. My coffee accidentally slipped off the counter, and my husband and I immediately cleaned it up ourselves. We even asked for a towel to help since the staff seemed busy. However, I was told I needed to pay again for a replacement coffee—even though the spill happened inside the store. The cashier seemed confused about why I would want my drink remade. Overall, the experience was disappointing and reflected a lack of awareness and customer service from the staff.

  I just don’t get how you can serve cold bacon and then tell me it’s suppose to be that way!!!! Room temperature is not warm, it’s cold!!! It’s just gonna grow bacteria and selling it to customers is mind boggling to me!!!! They need to shut it down and put something else there!! Why not build a new one with better staff as well, just no hey how are you nothing just blah. Here’s your total and food, no emotions and the snacking bacon don’t bother!!! Please fix it Dunkin cause this location can use the help, now I have to find another one cause that one isn’t where it’s at!!

  Donuts for very stale she didn't give me what I asked for and my break sandwich croissant was actually burnt but didn't have time to complain
