  This post is about the Dunkin’ Donuts app I went to dunking donuts and tried to redeem my points into an iced coffee and I was actually using the Dunkin’ Donuts guest WiFi and it just made my entire 500 points disappear. This is the second time that my points disappear and I can’t recover them. The app doesn’t have an option to chat with anyone or to reach anyone if this happens. Clearly I earned those points each time I make a purchase at a Dunkin donut location and that’s about every single day and I don’t appreciate that so I’m going to stop going to Dunkin’ Donuts all together. First, sketchy treatment from the employees, then glitches on the app that you can never recover from that’s enough.

  There’s a racist manager who feels quite entitled to express disrespect outright to customers in a attempt to feel better about the fact his family had to immigrate his for economic survival. This is by far the worst Dunkin in all of Manhattan and quite possibly the state. Avoid this establishment at all costs or suffer the same fools as I.

  I just ordered a frozen coffee from this place and I explained to them very clearly that I wanted a caramel frozen coffee I may be repeated it to him more than five times and even explain to him in a different way I told him I want a slushie somehow someway my coffee was done without the caramel and I was treated very poorly this is a very serious problem that you guys are in urban communities and there's nobody Urban working in your environment you guys are monopolizing and discriminating against Spanish and black people this is the six Dunkin' Donuts in New York City that I walked into and seen not one person Black Or Hispanic working

  Lamentablemente hay locos en la zona y entró uno que apestaba asqueroso y obviamente se le escapó de las manos a los trabajadores Este local es bastante grande únicamente hay como dos trabajadores pero tratan de hacer bien su trabajo así que no tengo nada más que decirte , sólo los locos 🙂
