They gave me the wrong order, which is fine, but the manager seemed upset that I would come back and ask for the order I paid for. I even apologized for coming back. Sandwiches were still cold, and there was a hair on my donut, which had been thrown into the bag with others and no separation.

Dunkin is one of my favorite places to go, but since moving to Arizona, I have only been there 2 times. Mostly because the first time I went, I was left in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes with no one coming to the window to tell me what the problem was I would have left, but I already had paid and I was blocked in by other people. When they finally came to the window, they explained that they were shorthanded, but I felt like that was too long of a time to leave someone waiting without apologizing for the delay.
I did give them another try, but this time went in the service was better, but there were quite a few employees standing around, and it still took quite some time so at this point, I avoid this location either because they’re too busy or their shortstaffed whatever their excuses, I don’t want to waste more time there. That being said when we did receive our drinks and food, it was the typical good Dunkin quality.

This place is a disaster. I’ve managed multiple coffee shops and fast food and I’d never let my place get like this. Didn’t get what I asked for, folks acting like they want to just focus on the drive through. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Oh my God where do I begin this morning? I decided that I was going to pick up some donuts for my kids. I don’t have a Dunkin’ Donuts app, but thought it would be cool to download it and maybe start picking up donuts for them Saturday morningS. I get there and I had no idea how it worked so I went through the drive-through and pulled up to the window and asked the lady who was handling the front if my order had went through and I gave her my name. She handed me the box of assorted donuts and forgot to hand us our munchkins. I asked her politely where the munchkins were, With a death stare she grabs a bag Raises her tone of voice and begins to lecture me on how I did not order from the microphone in the drive-through and that I was supposed to order there and I was not supposed to drive up to the front window and just ask for an order. The tone and her voice, the attitude she gave, and the look, she presented at the window, definitely affirmed that I will not be returning to this location. This was my first time ordering this way and downloading an app and creating a login that I will not be using furthermore. My husband was so upset that he pulled around parked in the parking lot, walked inside and politely asked her for her name just to be able to do this review. Her name is Micaela. I asked that if you read this and have the same experience with her that you have the courage to leave a review, Because for a company like Dunkin’ Donuts, she should not be the first type of person you are presented to at a drive-through window. Nothing about her was welcoming to come again.
