- BGBob GibsonSep 16, 20254.0The location is difficult to get in and out of and there are only two parking spots with one of them being disabled parking. The drive-thru is your best bet but if you are at the Kirklin Clinic you can easily walk over. The staff was friendly and I received my coffee and donut quickly. The lobby was clean and while seating is limited inside there is a table outside.
- CCChloeSep 4, 20251.0I ordered 1 med black coffee, 1 pumpkin dunkalatte with "extra" pumpkin syrup, and a toasted everything bagel with butter and vegetable cream cheese. I "WAS ASKED" did I want the butter on the bagel or in the bag? I said on the bagel please. I wanted it put on while the bagel was still hot. What I got was pumpkin dunkalatte with minimal pumpkin although that was not a major problem. What was a problem was getting home only a 2mins drive to find 3 pats of cold butter in the bag with none on the bagel. Not only that, but the bagel was so tough that it almost pulled me teeth out trying to bite it and my teeth are not false! Of course when I tried to contact them to discuss my disappointment there was NO ANSWER! I have been going to Dunkin at least 3 times a week but that is going to change.

They are always friendly and my mobile orders are always correct and so much better and cheaper than Starbucks (even though Starbucks is in the student center at UAB). I used to pay $8 for my drinks that sometimes was wrong. Now I get my coffee for less than $5 and it's bigger than Starbucks and always right and delicious!! They have a customer for life!! I remember growing up in Connecticut and going to Dunkin all the time! When I moved to Alabama I didn't know there were a few close to me!! 🩷🩷🩷
