Worst customer service in all of Brooklyn, 3 people in the store, one of them cleaning the walls of the store as calmly as possible as if they didn't have people waiting to order and pay, the other two including the terrible barista who didn't even have delivery orders super slow and rude with his face he doesn't like what he does, please he needs training for rush hour urgently. 15 min they made me wait and the store was empty, they don't do orders right today mid week they had no milk only whoole milk unbelievable, not the first time this has happened to me. The owner is wasting your money with rude and slow staff.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a hot matcha latte. They put out an iced latte, which I assumed was for someone else. After waiting more than 5 minutes, I asked where my drink was. The woman snapped, “you ordered iced” and just kept repeating it. She said she’d worked there 8 years so she couldn’t be wrong. It’s fine to make a mistake—maybe she misheard, maybe I misspoke (I didn't - I never order iced). But the point is, I didn’t order iced, and there was absolutely no reason to argue and insist I was wrong instead of just fixing it.

I love Dunkin Donuts. When I used to live in Brooklyn, I liked coming to this location. It was clean and had ample space, including an outdoor area. That was a decade ago. I came back to NYC recently and stopped in there to get a quick bite. After I ordered, the cashier looked annoyed that I only asked for one item. Then, when I attempted to use the bathroom, I was told that it was closed. It was 7:15am. How could the bathroom be closed??!! Anyway, I prefer the locations in my new home state. Everyone in NYC has an attitude.

Last night, I checked the price for for 1 Box o’ Joe order and if I could preorder it for store open. The service worker said, “We open at 5am and it only takes 5 minutes. Just come in.” I show up at 5:07, and the service worker said, “it will take 10 minutes” stating that he had to wait for his manager. I asked if his manager is the only one who can make it to which he replied, “wait for my manager.” I sat and waited until the manager arrived and when she was briefed by the service member, she yells in my direction, “a Box o’ Joe this early? Really?” I get up from where I was sweater and asked why she was yelling at me and she says, “we are not 24 hours. We set up then serve customers!” Call me crazy, but if the store opens at 5am, shouldn’t set up be completed? The hostility wasn’t warranted nor was I matching this energy. I asked for the manager’s name and she refused to give it while continuing to disrespect me. Icing on the cake was me waiting for prep by the register and she chose to go the opposite end of the counter and just leave it walked away without a word.
