  My favorite drink at Dunkin! I absolutely love Dunkin’s Frozen Coffee — it’s like a coffee slushy and the perfect pick-me-up on a hot day and cold day! I usually get it with caramel swirl and cream, and it comes out smooth, icy, and full of flavor every time. The texture is just right — not too thick or watery — and it has that bold coffee taste I crave. If you’re a coffee lover and haven’t tried it yet, definitely give it a shot. It’s refreshing, energizing, and honestly my go-to drink whenever I stop by Dunkin! ☕❄️

  After going here several times I noticesdthat this place does get crowded no matter what day of the week it is. Hard to find parking, because the lot is shared. Drive thru is small and they have a lot of new staff, which makes service slow. I was very frustrated how I waited over 10 mins for coffee and it was about 6 staff on site. The food came out fast, but the hash browns are always soggy and falling apart. I was going to (order online) to avoid the lines and wait times (WHICH IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!) but I was getting cold foam. Anyways. I'm only ordering online for mobile orders for now on. I absolutely love their doughnuts and holiday themes. I'm a regular customer fyi.

  I visited this morning and was greeted with a frown, a yawn and someone who never smiled the entire time. She folded and unfolded boxes instead of setting it aside when I changed my order. She acted as if she was doing me a favor to wait on me. I had to repeat two or three times what I wanted and she certainly made no suggestions. I was the only one at the counter when I went in. The box wasn't even fastened and I got no napkins even though this was a to-go order.
