  While Dunkin has its reputation, their food preparation is terrible. This was suppose to be a toasted sandwich. The bread was not toasted, cheese not melted and one sad piece of Turkey sausage that was cold when handed to me. Terrible. Would not recommend.

  I dont normally do this kind of thing, but its not the first time this has happened. My order today was awful! My iced latte tasted like watered down black coffee. And the food was less than desirable. The only reason I am not giving a 1 star is because the young lady at the drive-up window was so sweet! Unfortunately, I think I'll be sticking to the Dunkin on Sierra Drive.

  We went in around 10:35am this morning (Sunday, 6/22/25). No one waited on us. Waited a few minutes, nothing. One oerson was working the drive thru, the rest were in a group standing around talking, ignoring customers. Will not be coming back. Will recommend friends and family to go elsewhere.

  DRIVE THRU ONLY for morning people . Most importantly- it does not open at 4:30 if you aren’t in a car. I walked here and was stuck outside. App glitched (unless it’s store based) and it kept reordering to which they couldn’t credit me.
