- GMGregory Mikell5 days ago5.0Unfortunately, it was 4 in the morning I wasn't expecting exactly stellar customer service from anyone but I was pleasantly surprised when the manager was very hospitable she was very accommodating and had a smile on her face at 6AM in the morning. Great job Dunkin!!

- AJAnn JonesSep 13, 20253.0Employees definitely don't move at a decent speed to ensure prompt service. But my food was hot and fresh though. My donut was a little dry though. This is the cleanest Dunkin I've been to in Jax, but definitely the slowest for service. I LOVE the University and Beach location, they have the best service and my orders are always right and prompt.
