  If i could give 0’stars i would. We ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, two bagels toasted with cream cheese, and drinks. Received order and was missing three items. Told the staff that i was missing three items and got and and attitude. She pulled the bag that was given to me and said that i didn’t pay for one item, i said i ordered it and she asked for receipt - never got one. After handing me a bag i assumed all items were there. Nope, still missing a sandwich. My kids bagel was toasted with frozen cream cheese on it. Went in and they replaced it. With another bagel toasted with frozen cream cheese. Still no breakfast sandwich. Called to speak to manager and was told i was talking to her. Asked for owner and was told they weren’t there. Asked for her to take my number and was told no call back tomorrow. Couldn’t even get the owners first name. Very unprofessional and rude staff. $56 order and was absolutely terrible

  There is this older lady named Gerry there I assume she is the supervisor she is so rude to not only her employees but her customers as well she has nothing nice about anyone she should be fired

  I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel toasted. The bagel was toasted, but the egg and cheese was (refrigerator cold) so I asked if they would heat the sandwich up. The response blew my mind. The store manager and the crew said "corporate doesn't allow them to melt cheese" so that's how I'm going to get it. They refused to heat my sandwich... WOW !

  I went in through the drive-thru like regular for latte mocha, get to the window they proceed to tell me the reason why my drink doesn't look right is the milk is extra white today. No of course they could have just said I'm sorry I made your order wrong but instead they blatantly tried to say that it is correct when I have given them the instructions on the side, incredible never in my life have I had anybody tell me the milk is really white today milk is supposed to be white if I can give it zero stars and minus review I absolutely would I'm absolutely dissatisfied with the service this place is now giving they used to be the best dunkin' donuts in Lutheran county they are now the worst this is two days in a row they cannot even get an order right if you can't read English if you cannot understand your orders that falls on management you lost me as a customer for life.

  We ordered two coffees and four of the glazed munchkins. Everything tasted lovely however the atmosphere was not good. The young staff that served me were extremely good and extremely courteous, however there was an older lady, probably a supervisor, just yelling instructions at the staff, she was very audible and we just decided to leave. There was no need for much of this and it just led us to leave.
