- SNStephanie NarvaezAug 29, 20251.0I've lived in the Scottsdale neighborhood for 20+ years.. so ignoring this situation is not an option for me. From the reviews I got the name of the specific worker who seems to take pleasure in treating paying customers like they owe her something. There is also an older man who also looks like he is very unsatisfied with his job. Feels like every time I go.. I am rushed, yelled at, and given attitude. I have tried calling DD to speak to a supervisor to enlighten him on this matter. If I could give 0 stars I would but even that wont do anything. My food was stale cold, and my coffee was disgusting. The worst part is I could hear that worker (Jessica) screaming at others to hurry up and give me the garbage food I received. I will be taking it back for a full refund. Do NOT go to this DD there is one a bit farther on 89 and Cicero.

- MRMonica RaschkeJul 28, 20252.0FINALLY: I don't go to this dunkin often because its bad news bears 99% of the time,but! Writing this review for specifically the younger black girl that works there. Good service, good drinks, she was lovely. Probably the only reason I'll go in there from now on. She made my drink perfect and her customer service was great. In and out with no headache. Wish I caught her name but shes the best.

I apologize for those people! People should look at the mirror before making idiotic comments. No other race is better than any other!! Soo sad we have go to be this way!
