- APAdi PatilSep 22, 20253.0i ordered multiple things but especially i ordered iced caramel swirl. the coffee was extremely bitter. the barista did not make it right as this is my favorite coffee but it wasnt made right. it was bitter and also did not have any caramel. also the coffee did not taste good. had a weird taste. could not drink the coffee and had to throw it away. waste of my money. i am dissatisfied.

- BFBrett FlynnAug 6, 20252.0Ordered a cold brew with foam. Order came out as straight coffee, no ice no foam. Then to correct the order, they added the smallest amount t if foam on top. Is the only way someone in America will make an effort is if they think there is a tip at the end?
