  This was my worst Dunkin’ experience ever. I preordered for 7:45 AM, and my food and drink wasn’t ready until almost 7:55 AM. They spilled my latte and remade my drink in the same cup, with coffee running down its side. They let my latte sit on the machine so long, while making others’ cold drinks, that the latte got cold. It also wasn’t very good - the ratio of milk to espresso was too milky. I had to ask thrice for the donut I ordered.

  Leaving the review because I don’t think I will go again. This whole week it has been cash only! And the employees are happy it is, theres no line i guess now that everyone uses card or app. So what’s the point of the dunkin app? Makes no sense! If I could give it zero stars, I would!!

  Keeping in mind I'm a regular customer, I had the worst experience ever today with the manager, she is so rude with the worst attitude instead of fixing the issue she made me pay for the order again stating "your online order is wrong, and I cant fix it because I already made the coffee" "if you want your food come around and pay for it". worst Dunkin in the area, save your money and go somewhere else.
