I usually come to this Dunkin’ regularly, but my recent visit was very disappointing. At the speaker, the employee was difficult to hear, came across as rude, and seemed disoriented. The sandwich I wanted was unavailable, so I ordered something else, but when I got to the window, the employee went silent. After I asked if everything was okay (because of noise I heard on the headset), she brushed me off, walked away, and returned only to hand me a drink that was both wrong and missing proper ice—there was literally just one cube. Before I could say anything, she closed the window.
On top of that, they were out of ketchup and multiple food items. It seems like every time I visit, there are new staff who appear undertrained, supplies are low, and the service is unprofessional.

The worst DD that I've been too.
Over 25yrs this one is by far the worst. The owners have to see it on the yearly report!?
The sad part about it is it's in a good location, the only thing I can think of is it's really really horrible management and ownership! And that's something money can't buy!

Waited at the box for 15 minutes and no one said anything, ended up leaving and saw the guy was just sitting there at the window with no other customers in front of me. Will not be returning

I don’t know what’s up with this location. They are consistently out of everything. And when they do they give you the wrong food. I’m typing this in the parking lot right now because this location (next to five guys) is terrible. We normally avoid the location but on days where I run out of K-pop’s and don’t go to the store I sparingly stop by this location. They normally have drinks….normally…..and from what I seen the drive thru person was not very good at taking orders and they might be understaffed…I don’t think anybody should lose jobs…I
A warmer, friendlier atmosphere will be important for a small shop like this to stand up to the competition in a growing city like ours. There were staffing struggles apparently but I hope management will take those seriously.
