    I got a blueberry refresher and it literally has coffee in it. How do you mess that up?? My order is never right when I come to this location

    Die Verkäuferin war nett, aber der pumpkin loaf cake schmeckte nicht danach. Er schmeckte eher nach Lebkuchen.

    First off I've never been so disrespected in my life. I go in to order and the old Indian lady with thé accent started to yell out me and removing all the orders from the to go.. but I was waiting in line to order. Start to tell me tha. You need to go, I have good memory. I will call cops.. second .I've never been in that Dunkin donuts in my life, Im here visiting my family member.im not from Boston, so what memories do you have of me. I don't understand how she has a job there...I been a long time Dunkin donuts customer, I will never go into another Dunkin in my life cause of how I just got treated.

    Like two weeks ago, either I accidentally ordered the $6 meal twice or the app malfunctioned and ordered and charged me twice. Either way, I was told to just take both and come back the next day and they’d give me a free one — already a very nice way of handling the situation. Except I forgot to come back the next day. I came in yesterday, two weeks later, and mentioned it to the same person I had talked to after it happened. She said to just come back tomorrow and she’d give me the meal for free then. It was very kind of her to remember and to do that. Most places would just say it was my fault and/or to take it up with the people who run mobile orders on the app. Almost no one would let two weeks pass and still do that. I really appreciate her kindness and wanted to highlight how she went out of her way to be friendly and helpful. Thank you!
