They refuse to take your order unless you use the self-order kiosk, which is already frustrating. I tried to order a drink I’ve had here many times, but it wasn’t on the kiosk. When I asked, the employee flat-out told me, “I’m not doing that drink today.” Not only was that rude, it was beyond unprofessional. Zero effort, zero customer service. This Dunkin’ deserves the award for worst location ever—rudeness: 10/10, laziness: 100/10.

If someone is willing to wait it’s because they really want it, so please respect that and make it quick rather than seeing our faces
