- BBBryan B4 days ago1.0Now sure how people are suppose to know the store is open before 6am if ALL the outside lights/menu board are never on. Also there may be an issue with the drive thru pad sensor when you pull up to the menu board nobody greets you for like 5 minutes....

I ordered a frozen hot chocolate with whip cream a few minutes later while sitting there a worker came to the window and said sorry we are out of whip cream. WTH is wrong with this place it’s all the time. I won’t be going back

Even though our drink was ready and sitting there. The woman on the pos didn't even acknowledge us. Another staff came up to help.
- MPMelissa PetersAug 15, 20251.0This is by far the worst Dunkin. Order is always wrong and food is stale. I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. They were hard as a rock, unable to eat. Had to throw away, and barely any cream cheese on them.
