This morning I have them another chance because I have points. I should have kept them. They were busy, which is understandable and everyone waiting was patient. Employees were yelling about how busy it is, swearing, stomping around. They got through the rush. My order finally was ready but my drink was missing. My order already took about a half hour. Now I’m trying to get someone’s attention for my missing drink. Finally got someone after about 10 minutes. They take my food, make my drink. Hands me a drink but then I had to ask for my food back. They also didn’t put the lid on and I ended up spilling my drink all over me. I should have kept my points or left my order there.
