I'm a regular Dunkin' customer who visits locations 1-2 times daily and have always enjoyed the brand. Unfortunately, I had a deeply concerning experience at this location that I feel compelled to share.
While waiting for my mobile order, I witnessed two cockroaches walking across the counter near the food pickup area. When I alerted the staff, they dismissed it as "just a bug" and joked about having "two exterminators" before casually killing them and walking away without any cleaning or sanitation.
Additionally, my order was incorrect. After I had already handled the food items (which were all placed together in one bag), they took the wrong items back and put them in the pickup area for other customers. When I mentioned that putting food back after a customer had touched it seemed unsanitary, my concern was ignored.
Multiple health code violations in one visit, combined with staff who seem indifferent to food safety, make this location unsafe. As someone who loves Dunkin', this was shocking and unacceptable. I hope management takes immediate action to address these serious issues.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts. I like to get some coffee every morning. I really love this. As soon as I walked into the building and saw that coffee machine brewing, I knew what time it was. It was coffee time I got cleared up in my Coffee Tuesday finest and got ready for a drink of a lifetime. As I settled in the line I looked around and took a glance over to the donuts and I have made my first mistake. I gave into my cravings thus being a gym day I just knew I had to eat those beautiful donuts. Billy knows me and I know him and Rajesh pointed at me and he nodded and I knew it was gonna be the sip of a lifetime. As I left through the doors I looked back to see the employees wave me down, I forgot my Amex and I decided to walk back in there and grab it with the pride of a champion and took a sip while waving a Harty good bye to my friends at the Dunkin. Thank you so much for this life changing experience

I rarely ever write reviews, but I truly hope the owner sees this and takes action. My partner, our pet, and I stopped here on the way back from a work trip. My partner wanted a coffee, and both of us urgently needed to use the restroom. The man at the counter immediately gave us a hard time, insisting we couldn’t use the bathroom and even lying by saying it was “broken.” Another, much kinder employee stepped in and, after some back-and-forth, the rude employee finally gave us the key.
But instead of leaving it at that, the rude employee then berated the nice worker for not snatching the key back from us while we were in the restroom, as if we were going to steal it. On top of that, when I politely asked for a pup cup for my cat—and even explained what it was—the kind employee tried to help, but the rude one cut him off and snapped, “Not doing that.”
This behavior was shockingly unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright nasty. I have never been treated this poorly at any establishment. To top it off, the coffee wasn’t even good. I will never return to this Dunkin’.
