  Never have I experienced any type of service there I’m getting sick of tired everyday for the past 3-5 months of going there after the new ownership I mean I don’t blame all workers there nor the owner I blame one of the workers there who always keeps a customer waiting started talking and joking around talking about customers in their language fill of attitude and disrespectful it’s been my childhood dunkin growing up and I guess we gonna have to switch it up a bit if they don’t change there way of communicating and satisfying their customers when they come in ( girl morning shifts girl that doesn’t wear glasses has long hair and tall should be taught a lesson )

  Very bad worker there they don’t know how to service and impress there customers every time I go there she just runs to the back leave me waiting for 3 min and until I call someone to get my order she just ignores and send someone else I been a customer for the past 10 years this new ownership they got should change their workers usually it’s busy in there but the new ownership just didn’t fit well in there owner should stay there and watch there employees this should change I left and went to a different location 2-3 block down they helped and gave service I expected

  I can’t say what the food is like because the lady wouldn’t take my cash. I wonder how much she’d require me to buy to use cash to break a hundred dollar bill. It doesn’t matter as I’ll never go there again.

  I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Dunkin' Donuts location, and my experience was exceptional, all thanks to the wonderful manager Shalini, Karan, and the friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a sense of genuine hospitality. Manager Shalini clearly sets the tone for a positive experience. She was not only attentive to the needs of each customer but also ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout my visit. It was clear that Shalini values creating a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and staff, and her leadership was evident in the efficiency and positivity that surrounded me. Karan, in particular, stood out for his remarkable ability to handle the busy rush. Despite the line of customers, he made sure every order was accurate and prepared quickly, all while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor. You can tell Karan has fostered a supportive and positive work environment, which really shines through in the service provided. Mona, another staff member, also deserves a mention for her courtesy and patience. She was genuinely attentive to my needs, making sure I was satisfied with my coffee and donut selection. Her friendly attitude made the experience even more pleasant. I left with a smile on my face, feeling as though I’d received personalized service, even in the middle of a bustling store. It’s rare to see such a great team dynamic, and Karan, Shalini, and Mona certainly deserve recognition for their outstanding service and leadership. I highly recommend this Dunkin' location if you're looking for excellent service and a welcoming vibe!

  From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. They greeted me with warm smiles and such positive energy, it genuinely made my morning better. The service was super fast, my order was made perfectly, and the place was spotless and cozy. The staff here are so kind, patient, and professional. Even during busy hours, they manage everything smoothly without ever losing their friendliness. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Best Dunkin’ Donuts ever💕 I’m gonna come everyday here🙏😍
