They literally took my order no issue ever but then i get there they make all of my things and then stand there and talk and no one’s helping me. Then they give me my food and it takes them an extra 5 min just to hand me a coffee that takes 2 Min to make. Idc about waiting but when i can clearly see you guys looking at me and purposely ignoring me it’s a problem.

They have a wide variety of flavors to choose from, and everything tastes fresh and delicious. The shop is clean, cozy, and in a convenient location, which makes stopping by easy. Customer service is decent—nothing over the top, but friendly enough to get you what you need without issue. Overall, a solid place to enjoy some great ice cream. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
- RHRose HAug 24, 20251.0I made the mistake of visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts location due to its convenience, both today and yesterday — and unfortunately, both visits were disappointing. Each time, my order was incorrect: both drinks and both food items were not what I asked for. On top of that, the staff was noticeably unfriendly and unprofessional. When you try point out the mistakes, no one seemed equipped to handle the situation — responses are awkward, monotone, and dismissive. It’s frustrating to pay for a service that consistently misses the mark. Dunkin’ really needs to raise its customer service standards. Experiences like this make it hard to justify coming back.
