- JVJay Vandermark5 days ago1.0This is hands down the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I waited in line with only one person ahead of me for about 10 minutes, and not a single order was taken — we weren’t even acknowledged. There was no drive-thru line, just a few people coming in and out for mobile orders, so there’s no excuse for the delay. When someone finally did speak, she rudely said it would be another 10 minutes before she could take our order. I ended up leaving. Absolutely unacceptable service.
- CKCharity kasson5 days ago1.0This place absolutely sucks. Only my second time going here and both experiences were horrible. The workers are a little rude with their tone and their words. I ordered on the app both times I went. Last week when I went they messed up my coffee completely giving me the wrong kind. They also didn’t toast the bread for my sandwich and the egg was cold. Today I went and they didn’t toast the bread for my avocado toast and they also didn’t put bacon crumbles on it like I ordered. I don’t recommend this Dunkin.
- VAVictoria AOct 5, 20251.0I went to the drive thru. Whoever was there taking orders at 1:30 on October 5th was extremely rude. Wouldn’t tell me the difference between a signature and regular latte. When she finally told me she raised her voice with attitude. Had attitude every time I told her I was ordering more, because every time I ordered something she said “is that it?” In a rude tone. Don’t recommend going there on the weekends. M-F staff is usually great.

- LLLindseySep 22, 20251.0Sabrina the manager fills drinks half way and does not give you the right amount of donuts. Also there was a lady there who got a coffee and she asked politely for cream and sugar and Sabrina was very rude to her. Another employee had to get it for her. Sabrina is also rude to her employees and likes to insult them from what I have heard and seen.
