- TFTammie FullerOct 2, 20253.0The problem that I experienced which resulted in my rating is the fact that some of the employees are not practicing safe food handling guidelines. I witnessed, on this particular occasion, the employee wearing just one glove, on her right hand, and handling items, credit cards, money from other customers with that gloved hand, then without changing the glove, handled food with that hand. It appeared that there was more concern with keeping the hand clean than the food. Please train these fast food employees about the proper food handling requirements.
