- BDB D5 days ago5.0A mistake was made on my breakfast order this morning and they didnt hesitated at all to correct it. I didn't get their names but it was 2 females working the drive thru and window, both were really nice.

Every, I mean single item... tasted incredibly terrible. The workers have no respect handling customers food. What a difference when you go to starbucks (at any location). Yea, more expensive! But not just the food, customer service at it's best! I will never visit this Dunkin location ever again, I'm so disappointed. Oh and just before I forget... go and check the bathrooms for your selves! Not even truck stops are this terrible. I wish the corporate office would pay more attention to the negative complaints about their company.

This Dunkin charges $1 + more than the Dunkin on SR54 for the identical items. And the girl working the drive thru dropped the F-bomb 4 times while chit chatting with other staff member(s). I was sitting at a table by the door and could hear her loud and clear...

They are super consistent which is important to me. The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make sure their guests are satisfied. They deserve more appreciation than what they receive as they are the backbone of the buisness! Keep it up!
